Our estimated delivery time is 2/3 days for Spain and 4/5 days for shipments outside of Spain. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted. All shipping costs in the euro zone are free.
Once your purchase is authorized (credit or debit card, cash on delivery or bank transfer) we will send an email confirming the order and the products purchased. This document is the invoice of your purchase. Then we prepare the product and we will bring the shoes to your home. The transport company for shipments to EU is SEUR (DPD) and for all other destinations is TNT. No orders will be delivered to PO Boxes.Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive the products. Therefore, we only ask you that you notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name and order number to locate your purchase. For our part, when we receive your email, we will inform you by email of the receipt of it.
In case of the return is for attributable reasons to Homers (defective product or product that not coinciding with the purchased reference) Homers will be the responsible for collecting the goods and exchange them for the correct one. Also, we will cover the expenses of this return or exchange.
In case of the return is not for attributable reasons to Homers such as change the size, the model, or other grounds that are due to a change of opinion or error by the customer when the customer made the purchase, it shall be the client who will be the responsible for returning the product in perfect conditions and no later than within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the products. In these cases, Homers reimburse the amount of the purchase to the customer or we will process the change and we will take it to your home again without extra cost. In addition, the customer must assume the direct cost of returning the product.

In case of shock or breakage from the transport agency, the customer must send an email to email@example.com within the first 24 hours after delivery of your order and wait for instructions.

Homers will make the repayment of the return using the same method of payment that the customer used for the initial transaction. Homers reserves the right to retain the repayment until we receive the products.
